The Admiral Mike Boorda Scholarship Program offers grants ranging from $500 up to $2,500 an academic year, to eligible active duty Sailors and Marines accepted to the following programs: • Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP), • Medical Enlisted Commissioning Program (MECP), and • Meritorious Commissioning Program (MCP).
