The Admiral Mike Boorda Loan Program offers loans ranging from $500 up to $3,000 an academic year, to eligible active duty Sailors and Marines accepted to the following programs: • Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP), • Medical Enlisted Commissioning Program (MECP), or • Meritorious Commissioning Program (MCP).
