Paul H. Belanger
Mr. Belanger has been Director of NMCRS Pearl Harbor since 1983. He has traveled extensively to conduct casework and other training classes and served on a number of NMCRS Strategic Planning and Focus Groups. He assisted in developing Volunteer Leadership Training initiatives and programs. His community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Hawaii (CCCS); the Board of Directors of Volunteer Resource Center of Hawaii (VRCH) and is a member of the Network of Volunteer Leaders of Hawaii (NOVL). He is the Coordinator for the Certification in Volunteer Management (CVM) program in Hawaii.
Mr. Navarro has worked at the Pearl Harbor office for over 20 years. As a former Marine and a long time Society employee, he brings extensive knowledge and experience to the Pearl Harbor office. In addition to serving as the full-time office RSA, Mr. Navarro plays a important role in volunteer support, training and coordination. He serves as the lead staff person for the annual NMCRS Pearl Harbor Fund Drive and oversees the day to day operational support of the Pearl Harbor office. Mr. Navarro is Certified Society Caseworker providing casework support to our volunteer caseworkers.
Ms. Richards-Boyd has been with the Society for over 20 years. She has served first as a volunteer and then 14 years as a Budget Counselor. Ms. Richards-Boyd is an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) Mr. Richards-Boyd mentors volunteers, provides training and performs casework reviews to plan additional training and support.
Chair of Volunteers
Ms. Krugman serves as the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Pearl Harbor Chair of Volunteers. She has over 1,000 volunteer hours with the Society volunteering and working as an RSA at Camp Lejeune before moving to Pearl Harbor. Ms. Krugman oversees the volunteer program providing oversight, training, and support of our volunteer force.
