TriWest Healthcare Alliance Continues Its Support
to Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society
Triwest Healthcare Alliance is best known for the excellent work they do supporting the military in meeting the health care needs of 2.7 million military family members in the 21-state TRICARE West region. Less known is TriWest’s substantial financial commitment to the Society, made possible by founding Chief Executive Officer David J. McIntyre, Jr., and the company’s non-profit owners.
On St. Patrick’s Day, Karl Kiyokawa, Vice President, Hawaii Operations, and Scott Celley, Vice President, External Affairs, visited the Society’s offices in Pearl Harbor and Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, to continue their philanthropic support. In presenting charitable gifts to the Society’s Directors at both locations, Scott Celley said, “TriWest Healthcare Alliance is privileged to continue our strong partnership with the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society to ensure that those Sailors, Marines and families we serve in Hawaii – and around the West Region – continue to receive the quality services and care they deserve. We especially value the long tradition of NMCRS helping guide Sailors, Marines and their families to the critical support provided by the dedicated staff of our respective organizations.”
Upon learning of TriWest’s visit to our Society offices in Hawaii, Steve Abbot, President and CEO of the Navy-Marine Cops Relief Society said, “We are indeed fortunate to have such a strong partnership with TriWest Healthcare Alliance. Their sustained financial support of our military and their families sets an example worthy of emulation. We are grateful for their generosity.”
