The Society offers loans to cover all or a portion of the servicemember's share of the cost under the
Navy Department's Tuition Assistance Program (TAP). Loans are also offered to allow enrollment under the GI Bill if education benefits from the Veterans Administration are not received in time to
permit enrollment. How to Apply: Application should be made at one of the Society's field offices.
