Loan Repayment
What to expect
We currently offer two options if you'd like to make additional monthly payments or pay off the balance on your loan.
- The Loan Services department can process payments from your checking account (ACH). It's as easy as calling and providing your routing and account number.
- The Loan Services department can process payments from your debit card with your choice of processing date—Either the 5th, 10th, 15th, or 20th of the month.
You can reach our Loan Services department at 703-696-7462 or 703-696-1484.

I have an allotment running, can I pay off my loan?
View More View Less
Yes, you can pay off your loan!
The repayment of your loan occurs through the allotment process; so, when calculating your payoff amount, the allotment should be subtracted from your current balance. For example, if your current loan balance is $150 and you have an allotment of $50 per month, you can pay the difference of $100 before the first of the following month. Your loan will reflect as paid in full when the allotment is received.
To process any additional payments outside of the allotment process, please contact Loan Services.
If you need additional financial assistance and have paid off your loan, please call your local office to discuss options.
