Health education for all stages
The Relief Society offers in-home visits to active duty and retired Sailors, Marines and their families, widows and widowers. Registered nurses provide health education and resources for all stages—prenatal, newborns, and adults. Home visits and virtual visits are available—and best of all, at no cost.
We offer:

- Health education for individuals and families

- Communication with a patient’s healthcare team
- Free in-home and virtual visits
